Ravacast manufactures all of its own precast concrete & GFRC products and sells them directly to contractors, designers, masonry installers, and homeowners alike. No. All of Ravacast's clients receive the same pricing.
Absolutely! Ravacast can ship its cast stone products anywhere in the world. All crating and delivery costs will be included directly in your order proposal.
In order for Ravacast to replace products that have been damaged during shipping (at no additional cost to the client), the recipient must notify the delivery driver of all damages so that a claim can be processed immediately. If product is not inspected in the driver's presence (at the time of delivery), damaged products will be furnished at full retail value (plus shipping).
In order to receive a comprehensive proposal from Ravacast, you must first provide us with a set of architectural plans or a list of the items and quantities that you're in need of. Once we've received the required information, an itemized proposal will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days (depending on the size of your project).
If your project is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and you do not have a set of architectural plans, please email us at contact@ravacast.com to schedule a site visit.
No. Ravacast designs and manufactures architectural precast concrete products but does not perform installation of any kind. However, since establishing itself in 2001, our company has built strong working relationships with several reputable installation partners and we will be happy to connect you with an installer that's right for your project.
Ravacast does not provide in-house engineering of attachment hardware, but we can embed many different types of attachments into our products at the time of fabrication. If you do not know what type of attachment hardware to use, Ravacast can consult with a structural engineer to select the correct attachments for your project. Note that engineering fees will apply.
